This fourth annual report highlights our journey in translating sustainability ambition into tangible progress—empowering climate-conscious customers and embedding ESG principles into every aspect of our operations.
Forto’s science-based targets (SBTs) remain the foundation of our climate action strategy. Validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), these targets align with the ambitious 1.5°C scenario of the Paris Agreement, aiming for a 90% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. In 2025, Forto’s total gross emissions amounted to 87,313 t CO2e—a significant decrease from 133,132 t CO2e in 2024—as we continue our progress toward net-zero across the entire value chain.
We successfully integrated emission-reduction options directly into our customer platform, SHIP, and expanded our equity program to 100% of our employees. Additionally, our Ocean Plastic Prevention initiative recovered 18,981 kg of waste from the Citarum River, and we maintained a diverse leadership team with 38% female representation.
