Guillaume Petit-Perrin is the CEO of Forto, leading the company through its next phase of growth and operational excellence.

Guillaume originally joined Forto in 2021 as CFO, where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation, shaping its strategic direction, and overseeing critical functions across accounting, finance, legal, compliance, risk, and data analytics.

Prior to joining Forto, Guillaume spent 18 years as an Investment Banker in Paris, New York, and London, advising companies on capital raising, M&A, and corporate strategy.

Tammy Arnaud is Forto’s Chief People Officer, driving the people strategy and leading the People & Places team. With over 15 years of global experience, her expertise spans virtually all areas of human resources, having held roles with local, regional, and global scopes at renowned companies like McDonald’s, PepsiCo, General Electric, and Uber. Tammy’s experience of living and working across the US, Latin America, and Europe gives her a distinct global perspective in her role. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering cultures where organizations and employees can thrive.

Originally from Brazil, Tammy is an animal lover and the proud human of two cats. She is a social person who enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. An avid reader, Tammy has a keen interest in fiction, poetry, and books on economics and public policy.

Vineet Prasad is SVP of Global Sales & Marketing at Forto, where he leads the company’s commercial organisation across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing. At Forto, he is focused on building a scalable, repeatable growth engine.

Prior to Forto, Vineet was a General Manager at Amazon, where he helped scale the European B2B marketplace to over $1bn in annual revenue. He later joined a Series C scale-up Otrium as Chief Commercial Officer, leading the global commercial organisation through US expansion and the company’s first profitable quarter. He started his career in investment banking at JPMorgan.

Outside of work, he builds creative projects with the latest AI tools, plays tennis, enjoys electronic music, and does his best to keep up with a very energetic toddler.

Francesco Foschetti is VP of Product at Forto, where he leads the company’s Product, Design, and Service Excellence organisation.

Since joining Forto in 2022, Francesco has led key transformation initiatives; from the global rollout of Forto’s Transport Management System to the launch of its Transport Management Agent, the company’s agentic AI orchestration layer.

Prior to joining Forto, Francesco spent six years in the B2B division of Expedia, concentrating on Customer Service Excellence and Growth. He began his career in management consulting at KPMG Advisory in Italy.

Oliver Werner is the Senior Vice President Finance & Accounting at Forto. He joined Forto in 2022 and plays a key role in ensuring financial compliance, shaping efficient finance processes and developing high quality reporting. 

Prior to joining Forto Oliver worked as Global Head of Accounting, Treasury & Tax for Hamburg Süd and held various leadership roles in the Finance & Accounting function at DB Schenker adding up to about 25 years of extensive international experience in the field of Finance & Accounting in the logistics industry. Next to his working life he recharges batteries by watching and playing soccer and collecting vinyl rock-albums.

Tamer Cagatay is the Director of FortoLabs, leading product and go-to-market strategy and managing Forto’s SaaS business. He brings over 15 years of experience across data, analytics, AI, and business growth, combining deep technical expertise with hands-on commercial ownership, including growth and data monetization initiatives.

Before joining Forto in 2022, Tamer led data science, analytics, and CRM at HOPI, a 10M+ loyalty and CRM platform operating in a B2B2C environment. Earlier in his career, he built advanced analytics and credit risk capabilities at Yapi Kredi Bank (UniCredit Group) and Turkcell (NYSE:TKC).

At Forto, he has defined the analytics and AI strategy across products, driven productivity gains through automation and GenAI, established a unified product analytics framework, and laid the foundation for AI-driven revenue streams.

Chris Braun is Director Air Freight at Forto, where he leads the Air Freight organization across Europe and Asia, working closely with Procurement, Pricing and Operations. He joined Forto in May 2022. With over 25 years of experience in freight forwarding and a strong operational background, he has built his career into several leadership roles. His expertise includes Air Freight consolidation, time-critical solutions, and charter operations, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex operational challenges. Chris is focused on delivering reliable, efficient and scalable solutions to customers and leads with a hands-on, team-oriented and cooperative approach

Originally from Berlin, Chris spent more than two decades in Frankfurt/Main, close to one of Europe’s key Air Freight hubs. His role has taken him across the globe, connecting teams and customers in dynamic environments. He thrives in high-performance settings and enjoys motivating experienced teams. Outside of work, he recharges through renovation projects and pursues his passion for aviation, building his own flight simulator at home.

Jessy Brughmans is the Trade Management Director at Forto, responsible for leading global trade across the business.

Jessy joined Forto in 2025 to drive the next evolution of how trade management is built and delivered across geographies as the business continues to scale.
Prior to joining Forto, Jessy spent over two decades in shipping and logistics, holding senior roles across pricing, commercial leadership and trade at companies including Maersk, Seago Line and Maersk Broker. Having lived in Antwerp, Ho Chi Minh City and Copenhagen, and worked across Europe and Asia, she brings a genuinely global perspective to everything she does.

Matthew Saliba is the General Counsel of Forto. He joined Forto in 2024 and leads the legal and compliance functions, ensuring the group is well positioned to navigate a wide range of business and regulatory challenges.

He has extensive international experience leading legal and compliance functions in high-growth technology and logistics companies, with a strong track record in building global legal teams, supporting complex M&A transactions, and enabling business expansion across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Forto, Matthew served as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at JOKR and held senior leadership roles at Delivery Hero, where he led corporate M&A and commercial legal operations during a period of significant global growth.
Originally from Malta, Matthew enjoys spending time with his Mexican rescue dog, working out, and discovering new cities and cultures. He is also the founder of Forto’s Queer ERG, focusing on education, awareness, and advocacy on LGBTQ+ topics across the organization.
