Michael is co-founder and CEO, leading the team and strategic direction of Forto. A true entrepreneur with a strong passion for innovation in global trade and e-commerce, Michael was part of the founding team at KONUX, an early pioneer in industrial IoT.

Michael frequently speaks on the future of logistics at conferences and in the media. Originally hailing from Munich, he is a fervent cyclist, keen investor and champion for grassroots political engagement.

As a long-term COO and MD at Forto, Michael is responsible for all global operations and sustainability initiatives. Michael brings strong entrepreneurial credentials as founder and CEO of TheAmazeAPP, acquired by Zalando.

With a doctorate in automation technology and previous experience being a consultant at BCG, Michael combines a keen eye for operational detail with a strong interest in strategy and organisational design. Originally from Bavaria, he divides his spare time between mountain and sea in the pursuit of adrenaline sports.

Guillaume Petit-Perrin brings over two decades of financial expertise to his role as CFO of Forto, where he steers the company’s financial strategy since 2021, and oversees Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, FP&A, Investor Relations, Treasury, Business Partnering functions, Risk Management, Data Analytics and Financial Systems.

Prior to Forto, Guillaume was an Investment Banker for 18 years, in Paris, New York and London.

As the Chief Commercial Officer at Forto, Fabian oversees the Growth, Sales, Customer Care & Success, Air Freight, and Sustainability teams. Since joining Forto in 2018, he has held various roles in commercial and business development. Prior to this, he spent seven years at McKinsey, consulting for leading transport and logistics companies.

In his leisure time, Fabian enjoys playing tennis and supporting his favourite soccer club.

After nearly 20 years at various technology companies in the United States, Kamil joined Forto in 2021 to set the strategic direction for the company’s technology and product initiatives. Drawing on his experience at Lyft, Glassdoor, and Microsoft, Kamil is no stranger to fast-paced companies that have disrupted traditional markets through technology and innovation.

At Lyft, Kamil served as Vice President of Product for Fleet Technologies and was also the General Manager for the Express Drive business, where he led teams across technology, operations, and procurement. Now at Forto, he continues to spearhead the company’s product and technology strategy, overseeing the engineering, product, data science, and marketing functions.

On a personal note, Kamil takes pride in his vinyl collection, enjoys exploring the great outdoors, and practices jiu-jitsu.

Tammy Arnaud is Forto’s Chief People Officer, driving the people strategy and leading the People & Places team. With over 15 years of global experience, her expertise spans virtually all areas of human resources, having held roles with local, regional, and global scopes at renowned companies like McDonald’s, PepsiCo, General Electric, and Uber. Tammy’s experience of living and working across the US, Latin America, and Europe gives her a distinct global perspective in her role. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering cultures where organizations and employees can thrive.

Originally from Brazil, Tammy is an animal lover and the proud human of two cats. She is a social person who enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. An avid reader, Tammy has a keen interest in fiction, poetry, and books on economics and public policy.

As Vice President of Global Sea Freight Management at Forto, Thomas Eisenblätter steers the strategic development of Forto’s Ocean Services, including Trade and Pricing Management, as well as business development, With over 30 years of experience in the logistics industry, Thomas has held key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President Ocean at DB Schenker.

Thomas is recognized for his deep expertise in Sea Freight Logistic, as well as his ability to lead large, diverse teams. Originally from Germany, he is passionate about shaping the future of logistics, focusing on efficiency and sustainability.
