Kamil Matusiak

Kamil Matusiak is Seafreight Head Poland at Forto, where he leads the company’s sea freight strategy and operations in the Polish market. With more than a decade of experience in logistics, sales, and supply chain management, he has held senior roles at Kerry Logistics, where he served as Country Manager and Head of Sales, and earlier at DB Schenker in air and ocean freight sales. Since joining Forto in 2023, Kamil has advanced from Procurement & Business Development Manager to his current leadership role. He holds a master’s degree in Logistics from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, along with additional degrees in Economics from Masaryk University in Brno and in Economic Systems Logistics from the National Defence Academy in Warsaw
